Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Because each piece is handcrafted and carefully prepared, processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your preferred delivery speed.

We currently offer:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — $6

  • USPS Priority Mail — $9

All orders include tracking so you can follow your package on its way to you.

At this time, Auréad Designs ships to addresses within the United States.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Typical transit times are:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: approximately 1–3 business days

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to help you locate it.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Including a photo of the item and your order number will help us resolve the issue quickly.
