How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend storing pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, as these can affect the finish of metal components and natural stones. After wearing, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove oils or residue.
Because many Auréad pieces feature natural gemstones and pearls, slight variations in color and texture are part of their natural beauty.
What if my item arrives damaged or there is a problem with my order?
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Include your order number and a photo of the item if possible so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
What is the return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
If your return is approved, the purchase price of the item will be refunded once it is received. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Are any purchases final sale?
Some items are final sale, including:
- Custom or specially requested pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

When will I get my order?
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within two business days.
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping option you selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Every Auréad piece is handcrafted by Adiel in the United States using thoughtfully selected materials and natural gemstones.
Because natural stones and pearls have subtle variations in color and texture, each piece has its own unique character.
