Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Because each Auréad piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and often produced in small quantities, returns are limited to the conditions outlined below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please get in touch with us at hello@aureaddesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Including a photo of the item and your order number will help us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or specially requested pieces

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
